Dori Iwanowski is a seasoned real estate professional with a dynamic background in education, leadership, and sales. A graduate of James Madison University with a B.S. in Secondary Art Education, Dori began her career teaching high school art in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, blending creativity with mentorship.

She entered the real estate industry in 1989 and quickly made her mark, working alongside a custom builder and serving on the architectural committee for the Homearama Home Shows. Her expertise and leadership led to her recruitment as the managing broker for the Downtown Norfolk office of William E. Wood, where she guided agents and helped grow the office’s presence.

Dori has been an active contributor to the local real estate community, serving as a past member of the Downtown Norfolk Council, earning the Norfolk Realtor Ambassador designation, and chairing the HRRA Realtor/Lawyer Committee.

In 2012, she returned to sales, bringing her deep industry knowledge and client-first approach back to the forefront. In 2020, Dori joined the respected Conner & Co. team at Howard Hanna Real Estate, where she continues to provide expert guidance and personalized service to buyers and sellers throughout Hampton Roads.
